Provide physical and remote support to company customers and in the same way to Solutions and Controls staff .

Purpose of the position:  Carry out activities related to the installation, maintenance, technical support of software and hardware, and communication equipment.

Features:

Install computer equipment at the local and national level, instructing the user on its use.

Monitor and support clients' servers and computer communication equipment such as information networks, among others, providing the corresponding technical support.
